Syakar Trading Company Private Limited, the official distributor of Honda two-wheelers in Nepal has launched a new model of its Dio scooter, Dio DLX in Nepali market.
The scooter gets LED headlights, a four-in-one ignition key slot with a seat-opening button, front hook and underseat retractable hooks. It also features Honda’s CBS braking system which enables you to operate both brakes by applying pressure on just the rear lever.
But what separates the DLX variant from Dio’s standard variant is that it receives a fully digital instrument console with 3-step eco speed indicator and service due indicator, and gold-colored rims. Similarly, the Dio DLX will be made available in four distinct colours - yellow metallic, green metallic, black and grey metallic.
The scooter gets power from a BSIV-compliant 109.19cc air-cooled engine that makes 7.9PS at 7000rpm and 8.91Nm of torque at 5500rpm. Talking about the pricing, Honda Dio DLX currently retails at Rs 2,03,900, which is a bit expensive than its standard variant.
